Request for Volunteers
Check the designated space on the Registration Form if you want to volunteer to help at the Convention. The volunteer coordinator is Dan G. and can be contacted by email at gregorycompound@yahoo.com or by phone at (618) 558-5961. (All volunteers MUST register for the Convention.)

Room Rate: $80 plus tax per room (up to 4 people). Adjacent parking $7.

When you register by calling the number listed above, be sure to mention that you are attending the AFG Convention. Rooms must be reserved by September 17, 2010!

Registration
Registration Fee: Al-Anon & AA: $25.00 postmarkedy by 9/17/10; after 9/17 & at the door $30; Alateen $10
Banquet: Saturday Night Buffet: $34.00 (Vegetarian option available)

Registration form and check MUST be mailed by TBA, 2010. No refunds after September 17. Refund request must be submitted by mail to the address below.
